“I called Triangle Security and Troy answered the telephone. He was very polite and professional and informed me that most likely the problem we were experiencing was due to the battery. He even told me where I could buy a new battery, since his company does not sell the batteries retail. I was so impressed with Troy and his honesty I asked him to make a service call, check the system and replace the battery. He would have come that very day, but I arranged an appt for the following day. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional and helpful.”
